A day at Moira Lakes with the Outdoor Partnership and Tollymore National Outdoor centre supporting 3 open come and try it canoe sessions for people with a disability. I supported the day by providing a bespoke session on transfers into a range of craft for the instructor team.

Laura wanted to do something “Extreme” for the anniversary of her Accident that resulted in a SCI and wanted to celebrate her ongoing recovery. Abseiling off a 100 metre cliff at Fairhead and jumaring back out seemed to fit her request for something extreme.
